Parts Coordinator

Fulltime (40 hours), location Waddinxveen, Netherlands

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator, who is responsible for the flawless processing of all incoming (inbound) and outgoing parts. You are the key person within our parts warehouse, ensuring that every shipment – whether service parts, inter‑branch transfers, or external deliveries – is carefully checked, recorded, and processed. You maintain an accurate inventory of all parts and lead the setup and maintenance of a warehouse system.

As this is a relatively new location, you also have the opportunity to contribute ideas regarding efficiency, layout, and process improvements.

• Process inbound and outbound parts, including loading and unloading, supporting the Warehouse Coordinator.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantities, and any damages.
• Record goods in and out of the system.
• Verify and handle waybills and other logistics documents.
• Set up and maintain a warehouse system.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct stock counts.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe parts warehouse.
• Perform order picking and prepare service deliveries and production orders.
• Contribute ideas for optimising warehouse processes and further professionalising parts logistics.

• Minimum MBO level 4 (vocational education) and preferably a degree in logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Forklift and reach truck certification.
• Knowledge of Exact Globe is a plus.
• Proactive and flexible attitude.
• Team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent command of Dutch and some knowledge of English.
• Living in the Randstad area.
• Own transportation is necessary, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
