Transport Clerk

Gra fters Recruit Ltd require Transport Operations Clerk for our clients Daventry Campus. BENEFITS:

Working 8 hours shifts, any 5 out 7 days Earlies (0700 - 1500), Lates (1500 - 23:00) mixed shifts Rota is provided at least 4 weeks in advance.

Role Responsibilities:

Working within our Transport department and reporting directly to the transport FLM. Dispatching drivers, managing fleet compliance, raising defect issues, and completing driver briefs and debriefs. Ensuring agency questionnaires are completed in full and are accurate. General administration duties in-line with Transport legislation, company policy and procedures. Assist in the completion of day-to-day operational activities.

Your role will include operating numerous reporting tools. You will adopt a diplomatic approach to problem resolution and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring Health and Safety rules are adhered to on site and all drivers on site are aware of the rules. What will you bring to the team? Build collaborating working relationships and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Good Computer IT skills including MS packages and Outlook. Pay rate:
Days (07:00-15:00) - £13.43 per hour Afternoons (15:00-23:00) - £14.20 per hour Nights (23:00-07:00) - £14.96 per hour Overtime Days after 40 hours - £20.16 per hour Overtime Afternoons after 40 hours - £20.92 per hour Overtime Nights after 40 hours - £21.69 per hour Grafters Recruit Ltd have five branches, four on-site locations and four remote contracts throughout the country.
