The aviation programme and digital transformation lead will provide leadership across complex global aviation programmes, with a focus on sustainability, digital transformation, airport design, systems integration, and operational readiness. Reshape and deliver mission critical aviation initiatives in alignment with regulatory, operational, and sustainability targets while introducing innovative digital and technology solutions across major aviation environments.

You will be leading multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder aviation programmes from concept through delivery overseeing design and delivery of airport systems including specialist Airport Operational Systems (AODB, ESB/IB, RMS, BRS, CUPPS/CUSS), ICT, security, smart airport systems, and digital infrastructure. As an experienced systems integrator you will guide projects across multiple airport systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.

The role suits an individual with experience in all parts of the aviation project lifecycle from feasibility studies through to operational readiness and transition dealing with both airport operators and airlines. You may represent the organisation at international aviation forums, exhibitions, and aviation working groups.

• Global aviation project experience
• Leadership of complex specialist airport systems design and integration projects
• Previous implementation of digital transformation projects in aviation
• Experience of advisory and design and engineering consultancy
