Job Location s: NL-South Holland-Zoetermeer
About the JobSupport Danone‑Nutricia in bringing best care to customers through supply chain service. The documentation team, part of the Global Distribution & Logistics department, is based at our factory in Zoetermeer. This internship will start in July/August 2026. The role is part of the Export Documentation team responsible for export documentation of shipments outside the European Union.
Within this internship you will mainly be learning about and working on the following:
- Assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of logistics and export documentation processes
- Learning about customs procedures and international trade compliance
- Maintaining regular communication with the Central Business Unit (CBU) to verify the alignment of export documentation with import permits
- Establishing close contact with local authorities such as NVWA and COKZ to ensure regulatory compliance
- Familiarizing yourself with the SAP system and contributing to database updates
- Reviewing and updating internship work instructions
- Contributing to various strategic projects, including those related to Brexit and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Supporting KPI tracking and performance analysis to help drive continuous improvement
- Managing and coordinating with various stakeholders such as operational warehouse, supply points, control tower, carriers, etc.
- Precise and detail‑focused mindset, with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English;
Dutch is a plus - Willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders, reflecting curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Advanced Excel skills are a prerequisite
- Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship
- Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; non‑EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit and a three‑party agreement with Danone
- Available to start in July/August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months (preferably longer), 5 days per week
- Able to work from the Zoetermeer office at least 2 days per week
- Competitive gross internship allowance of 650 euros per month (full‑time basis)
- Home working allowance of 2.45 euros per day
- Public transport travel card covering all office‑related travel
