As a permanent member of the team, you will manage the carrier network, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding to performance tracking. Your responsibilities include overseeing transportation scheduling, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with departments to meet customer commitments.
Your role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy in invoicing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships and audits within the carrier network
• Coordinate transportation across multiple warehouse locations
• Ensure U.S. and Canadian compliance standards are met
• Support cross-functional collaboration for operational issues
• Oversee system data and financial processes for accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in Truck Logistics
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• ERP experience, particularly in SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
