Position: Aviation Flight Coordinator Hybrid Role

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or relevant experience, along with a minimum of three years in flight operations. You'll manage flight routing, customs coordination, and ensure compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth operations, delivering timely updates and exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive operational support throughout flights

• Plan and coordinate flight itineraries and routing

• Ensure compliance with CAR and SOPs

• Communicate operational changes and updates to stakeholders

• Assist Flight Crew with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Aviation Management or related field

• Three years minimum in corporate flight operations

• Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in an agile operational workplace
