Title Instructor Pilot; Global​/Challenger

Overview

We are hiring multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre.

• Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
• Prepare and conduct briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
• Maintain your own qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.
• Share aviation knowledge and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• All instruction shall be provided in English.

• Any Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority.
• Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
• Relocation within Canada may be supported, if needed.

• A valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and/or FAA ATP.
• Experience flying business aircraft.
• 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
