As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient flow of goods and materials for our company in Abu-Dhabi. Your main duties will include coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with suppliers, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
As an Indian or Pakistani national with no English required, you will feel right at home working in our diverse team. We also offer accommodation as part of your salary package.
- Coordinate all logistics activities including shipment scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during transport or delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations related to shipping and logistics.
- Identify areas for improvement in the logistics process and implement solutions.
- Train new team members on logistics processes and procedures.
- Proven experience as a Logistician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or Urdu.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours if needed.
