Great Western Railway is seeking a skilled professional to lead driver training development, route learning, and risk management across the West Region. You will act as a regional liaison between HQ Operations and Driver functions to ensure safety and compliance.
You will be responsible for assessing and verifying Driver Competent Managers, supporting incident investigations and delivering regional standardisation activities. Travel across the network and some remote working are expected.
