About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Remote Transport Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This role is designed for a motivated professional who can manage and optimize transport operations from a remote location, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, monitoring driver performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations, all while working from home.

- Monitor and manage daily transport operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to schedules.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost savings.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to resolve logistical challenges in real-time.
- Ensure all drivers and vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for transport operations.
- Provide support and guidance to the field operations team remotely.
- 3+ years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with fleet management software and digital communication tools.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
