About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all vehicles in the fleet to minimize downtime.
- Manage driver schedules, performance, and training, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Optimize routing and delivery schedules to improve fuel efficiency and delivery times.
- Monitor fleet costs, including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and operational expenses, and identify areas for savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role in transportation logistics.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and operational logistics.
