About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Logistics Coordinator with a specialization in Fleet Management to support their operations remotely, serving the Benoni region. This role involves overseeing the dispatch, tracking, and maintenance scheduling of a fleet of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. You will work closely with drivers, maintenance teams, and operational managers to optimize routes, manage fuel consumption, and ensure vehicle availability.

This fully remote position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex logistics challenges from a distance, contributing to a highly efficient transportation network.

• Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling and dispatch of fleet vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle locations, performance, and utilization using fleet management software.
• Schedule and track routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for the fleet.
• Manage fuel card programs and monitor fuel consumption to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
