• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of a remote team of delivery drivers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
• Utilize logistics software and GPS tracking systems to monitor driver progress, identify potential delays, and implement proactive solutions.
• Conduct regular virtual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance driver efficiency and safety.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement in route optimization and fuel consumption.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards across the fleet.
• Liaise with dispatch, customer service, and other departments to resolve delivery issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Minimum of 7 years of professional driving experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or fleet management capacity.
• Proficiency in using delivery management software , GPS navigation tools, and standard office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage remote teams and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Strong understanding of South African transport regulations , safety protocols, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A valid Code 10 driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
