Weighbridge Clerk

• Weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles using a computerized weighbridge system
• Recording load details (materials, weight, driver information) accurately
• Issuing tickets, delivery notes, and paperwork
• Monitoring site traffic and directing drivers safely
• Communicating with plant operators, drivers, and management
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, legal requirements, and health & safety standards
• Reporting discrepancies, faults, or issues with loads or equipment
• Preparing Rota's for drivers
• Taking Orders

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use IT systems and weighbridge software
• Organisation and multitasking
• Knowledge of site safety procedures

• Weighbridge process operations
• Haulage process operations
• Haulage legislation
• Materials product knowledge
• IT Systems being used

• At all times to adhere to company procedures regarding Health & Safety
• Full Driving Licence
