• Respond promptly to driver inquiries, logistical challenges, and emergency situations, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, driver activities, and delivery statuses.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status, changes, and any potential issues.
• Analyze dispatch data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for remote operational flow.

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher , logistics coordinator, or in a similar operational role.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and route optimization tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively, demonstrating self-discipline and initiative.
