• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the driver fleet, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve driver performance, safety records, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage driver scheduling, payroll, and compliance with labor regulations, all remotely.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Significant experience in transportation management , fleet operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and implement data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and driver management software.
