• Proven experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in a national logistics or transportation setting.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and communication technologies.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics are a plus.
