About the Role
Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Logistics and Delivery Operative to manage delivery coordination and support operations remotely, serving the East London region and beyond. This role is critical for optimizing our dispatch processes, ensuring efficient routing, and maintaining communication with our field delivery teams. You will leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction from a remote setting.

- Coordinate and manage daily delivery schedules and routes for drivers operating in the Eastern Cape .
- Monitor delivery progress in real-time, proactively addressing any potential issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of all shipments, delivery statuses, and driver activities.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service representatives.
- Utilize logistics software to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
- Assist in resolving delivery-related issues and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a similar operational role.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and standard office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adept at remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setup.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
- Annual salary package of R175,000, reflecting experience and expertise.
