• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, driver performance, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery status, scheduling, and any necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, such as breakdowns, traffic disruptions, or customer concerns, in a timely manner.

• Proven experience in fleet dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably with remote work experience.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
