• Proven experience in dispatch , logistics coordination, or a similar transportation management role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing remote teams and clients.
