You will be the central point of contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams, coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and optimizing routes from a remote setting.

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for a fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely deliveries.
• Act as the primary communication channel for drivers, providing support, updates, and instructions.
• Monitor real-time fleet movements using GPS tracking systems and proactively address any operational disruptions.
• Manage and update logistics documentation, including manifests, delivery records, and driver logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to meet client needs and resolve logistical challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in dispatch and logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or a similar role within the transportation industry.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, fleet management systems, and GPS tracking technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding, remote work environment.
