About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage regional transportation and delivery operations from their base in Queenstown, Eastern Cape . This hybrid role requires coordinating with drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the region. You will play a key role in maintaining our service standards and optimizing logistics processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and has a good understanding of regional logistics challenges.

• Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for drivers in the region.
• Monitor the progress of deliveries and provide real-time updates.
• Communicate with drivers to address any issues or delays encountered on their routes.
• Manage relationships with local transport providers and partners.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all dispatch and delivery activities.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for logistics process improvements.

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related transportation role.
• Good knowledge of the Queenstown area and surrounding transport networks.
