This role is critical for ensuring the efficient dispatch, tracking, and maintenance of their vehicles across various operational zones. You will leverage technology to monitor fleet performance, troubleshoot logistical challenges, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Monitor fleet activities in real-time using fleet management software and telematics systems.

• Analyze fleet data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Liaise with drivers, maintenance teams, and clients to ensure smooth operational flow and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve fleet safety, compliance, and performance.

• Proven experience in fleet management , logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Proficiency with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
