About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics Dispatcher to manage the coordination and scheduling of their transportation operations from anywhere. This role is crucial for ensuring that goods are moved efficiently, safely, and on time. You will be responsible for assigning drivers to routes, tracking shipments, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise.

- Assign delivery routes to drivers based on efficiency, urgency, and driver availability.
- Monitor the real-time location and progress of all active shipments.

- Respond promptly to dispatch calls and address any logistical problems or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dispatch records and logs.

- Proven experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
