Remote Logistics Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's logistics operations from anywhere. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Negotiate rates and manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively identify potential delays, and implement solutions.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage documentation, and optimize routes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing logistical inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and customs requirements.

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
