Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Dispatcher and Route Planner to join their team in Pretoria . This critical role involves managing the efficient dispatch of delivery vehicles and the strategic planning of routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, monitoring vehicle performance, and resolving logistical challenges in real-time.

• Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of delivery vehicles and personnel.
• Develop and optimize delivery routes using routing software to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
• Monitor driver progress and communicate with them throughout their shifts to provide support and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver activities.
• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery schedules and address any service-related inquiries.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.

• Proven experience as a logistics dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in route planning and dispatch software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
