Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Fleet Operations Manager Assistant to provide crucial support to their management team, overseeing aspects of their transportation fleet operating out of Benoni . This remote position requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks, assist with driver coordination, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fleet operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth communication and logistical execution, working from a home office.

• Assist in managing driver schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and adherence to regulations.
• Process and maintain fleet-related documentation, including logs, permits, and maintenance records.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal departments to facilitate operational needs.
• Support the Fleet Operations Manager in planning and optimizing delivery routes.
• Monitor fleet performance data and assist in generating reports.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fleet management from a remote location.

• Previous experience in fleet administration, logistics support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Gauteng transportation dynamics is beneficial.
