Our client is looking for a diligent and organized Flight Dispatcher to join their operations center located near Paarl . In this vital role, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring flight operations, ensuring they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You will work closely with pilots, ground crew, and management to prepare flight plans, monitor weather conditions, and manage operational logistics.

This position requires excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of aviation weather, and the ability to make critical decisions in dynamic situations. While based at our operational hub, some remote work flexibility may be available.
