First Officer, Embraer ERJ— Home-Based; Smyrna, TN

Contour Aviation is seeking a safety-obsessed, customer-focused First Officer to join our ERJ
135/145 team. In this home-based role tied to Smyrna, Tennessee, you’ll support Part 135 on-demand operations, bringing professionalism, reliability, and teamwork to every mission. You must live where you can report within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods.

• Place safety above all operational priorities; operate the ERJ
  135/145 in full compliance with Part 135 and company manuals.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and flight plan preparation.
• Execute safe, reliable flight operations while delivering attentive, professional customer service to passengers.
• Ensure aircraft cleanliness, cabin readiness, and passenger comfort and safety.
• Uphold uniform and appearance standards and maintain exemplary professionalism and leadership in all interactions.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by station leadership or company management.

• Pilot credentials: CPL Multi-Engine Land with Instrument Airplane rating; current First-Class Medical;
  English Proficiency Endorsement; current passport.
• Flight experience (minimum): 500 hours total time and 25 hours multi-engine.
• Preferred experience: 750 hours total time and 50 hours multi-engine; preferred no more than two checkride failures.
• Work authorization: Authorized to work in the United States; able to travel internationally.
• Driving record: Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Background & compliance: Successful completion of 10-year employment review; criminal-history, reference, and national driving-record checks; FAA and company screening; and drug & alcohol testing.
• Safety & performance history: No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents; no excessive checkride failures.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and customer-service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Schedule & mobility: Willing and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules; live where you can report within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods.
• Physical ability: Routinely lift up to 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation; perform effectively under stress and tight time constraints.
• Age & language: At least 18 years old; able to read, write, and understand English.

• Compensation: Starting annual salary of $36,000; published range $36,000–$70,939. Additional pay incentives available for qualifying trips worked or assigned based on schedule and applicable thresholds.
