• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's transportation fleet, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery commitments.
• Develop and implement optimized route plans to enhance efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize transit times.
• Coordinate with drivers to assign loads, track vehicle movements, and address any immediate operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet mileage, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and driver performance.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with maintenance teams and external service providers to schedule and oversee vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Manage inventory of essential fleet supplies and equipment.
• Provide training and support to new and existing drivers on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet status, operational efficiency, and key performance indicators for management review.

• Proven experience in a logistics coordination or fleet management role, preferably within the transport sector.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices in fleet operations.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
