Hiring REMOTE Logistics Coordinator - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Logistics Coordinator positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:- Negotiate services and quotes with suppliers and carriers.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries using online logistics platforms and software.
- Communicate with carriers and suppliers via email and phone to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and update shipment statuses in the company's Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Resolve logistics issues remotely to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Collaborate with the team virtually to optimize logistics processes and efficiency.
- Problem-solve transportation-related issues and conduct emergency assessments.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as DAT Broker and OTM.
- Experience with online logistics platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively.
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- High level of motivation and persistence.
- Energetic and upbeat.
- Team player.
- Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
