• Managing and optimizing daily dispatch schedules for a fleet of drivers across various locations.
• Coordinating with drivers to confirm pick-ups, deliveries, and adherence to schedules.
• Utilizing dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to monitor fleet performance and location.
• Communicating effectively with clients regarding shipment status, delays, and any issues.
• Troubleshooting and resolving logistical problems as they arise, such as vehicle breakdowns or traffic delays.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver activities.
• Processing delivery confirmations and ensuring all documentation is correctly filed.
