Remote Aircraft Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, enabling you to contribute to our flight operations from anywhere. You will play a critical role in planning and monitoring flight schedules, ensuring that all flights operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with aviation regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of meteorology, navigation, aircraft performance, and regulatory requirements. You must be highly organized, possess excellent decision-making skills under pressure, and be adept at utilizing flight planning software and communication systems. • Plan and coordinate flight schedules, considering weather, air traffic, and aircraft availability.
• Prepare flight plans, including route, altitude, fuel requirements, and contingency planning.
• Monitor flight progress and provide real-time updates and support to flight crews.
• Analyze weather forecasts and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) to ensure safe flight conditions.
• Communicate effectively with pilots, air traffic control, and other relevant operational personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all domestic and international aviation regulations.
• Manage flight diversions and emergency situations effectively.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Utilize flight dispatch software and communication tools efficiently.

• Valid Aircraft Dispatcher License or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft dispatching.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flight planning, meteorology, navigation, and aviation regulations.
• Proficiency in flight planning software and communication systems.
