Logistics Coordinator; Remote

You will be the central point of contact for managing carrier relationships, tracking shipments, and resolving logistical challenges. • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of shipments via various transportation modes (air, sea, road, rail).
• Track shipments in real-time, providing updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and customs requirements.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers to optimize costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipment details, costs, and delivery times in the logistics management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
