• Coordinate and optimize delivery routes and schedules for catering orders across designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with catering partners to confirm order readiness and pickup times.
• Liaise with third-party delivery services and drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of food.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, including delivery times, routes, and any exceptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-the-spot logistical problems to minimize disruption and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customer support to handle any delivery-related client inquiries or complaints.
• Provide feedback to management on logistical performance and suggest improvements.

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations coordination, preferably in a food delivery or catering environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using GPS tracking software, route optimization tools, and communication platforms.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
• Familiarity with food safety handling during transportation is a plus.
