Key Responsibilities   Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of international and domestic freight shipments (air, sea, road, rail).
Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, and other service providers to book cargo space and negotiate rates.
Track shipments in real-time and provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and potential delays.
Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and import/export requirements in various countries.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damage, or customs holds.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and client communications in the forwarding system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and overseas partners.
Identify opportunities to optimize shipping routes and methods for cost and transit time efficiency.
