Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant

Alhamdulillah, what began as an honest effort out of our home has grown into a company serving thousands of households, with strong momentum and a mission that matters. We're building products that allow for more mindful worship throughout our busy days.

We’re looking for a Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant to help us ship orders efficiently and keep our workspace organized. This is a part-time, independent contractor role perfect for someone who values consistency and wants to contribute to our mission while having access to a productive workspace.

You'll be the backbone of our fulfillment operations, ensuring orders ship quickly and our workspace stays organized.

• Pack products securely and professionally
• Tape packages and affix shipping labels
• Take completed packages to the package pickup location in the building

• Tear down empty boxes and fold them for storage
• Organize and put away shipping materials
• Keep track of shipping supplies inventory
• Order additional shipping materials when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized office space

While not required, these skills would be valuable additions:

• Steady hand and attention to detail:
Ability to disassemble returned products, use basic electric screwdrivers, and carefully peel off and reapply adhesive to align with marked areas
• Product refurbishment:
Experience cleaning products and repacking them for resale
• Hand soldering experience:
Ability to swap out defective electronic parts (this is a reach skill, but would be highly valued)

Our Carrollton, TX location offers a comfortable and productive environment:

• Soundproof call pods

This role is ideal for students or remote workers who want a dedicated space away from home to focus on studying or personal projects while contributing to our mission.

• Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay, to be discussed

What matters most is consistency. We need someone who can come in regularly so we can ship orders in a timely manner as they come in.
