Inventory Controller

Our client seeks a highly organized and analytical Inventory Controller to manage stock levels and optimize inventory processes for their operations based in Welkom. This role is fundamental to ensuring product availability, minimizing carrying costs, and preventing stockouts or overstock situations. You will leverage data analysis and forecasting techniques to maintain optimal inventory levels across various locations. This is a key position within the supply chain team, requiring keen attention to detail, proficiency with inventory management systems, and the ability to implement strategic improvements for inventory accuracy and efficiency, impacting the Free State operations significantly.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all warehouse locations to ensure optimal stock.
• Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and plan replenishment strategies.

• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or in a similar inventory management role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
