Cycle Counter: Inventory Accuracy & Process Improvement

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory processes entirely remotely. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of stock levels across all operational sites. You will be responsible for implementing robust inventory control procedures, conducting audits, and utilizing technology to optimize stock management. • Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures and systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide insights to optimize stock, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Generate reports on inventory status, turnover, and accuracy for management review.

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
