Verify and reconcile data in logistics systems (Xero, Notion, or similar) and warehouse records. Maintain warehouse accounting and primary documentation. Process and analyze data exports from warehouse systems. Assist in cost calculation for production, including customs clearance, logistics costs, and transfer pricing.

Communicate with logistics teams for data verification and reconciliation. Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements and cost allocation.

Experience in accounting, warehouse accounting, and inventory management. Strong knowledge of goods movement tracking and cost components in logistics (e.g., customs, storage, shipping). Familiarity with Xero or similar systems, Notion. Understanding of transfer pricing principles. Fluent English (for communication with international teams). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
