Accounting Clerk (Contract to Hire)

Location: Ontario, CA
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $23-27/hour (Based on Experience)

Immediate Start Available, Must have Sage experience

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ontario, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
    • Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3‑way match process.
    • Code transactions in Sage 100.
  • Vendor Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Collections:
    • Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative and office tasks as required.
    • Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of AP/AR experience
  • Familiarity with Sage 100 software.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
