Accountant, Accounting & Finance, Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a log of journal entries and preparing most of the journal entries in the general ledger.
• Reconciling all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Calculating and reconciling depreciation of all fixed asset accounts.
• Preparing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Preparing annual work papers for year-end audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based personal computers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• One or more years of hospital/healthcare accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in business software applications.
• Full-cycle accounting experience.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
