Project Advisor

This is an interview position.
Responsible for the design, development, and
implementation of innovative and replicable solutions
in support of Fed Ex Canada's strategic initiatives.
Demonstrates organizationally recognized
competency in all areas of project development
including; opportunity identification and assessment,
building and designing a solution, quantification and
justification of benefits, launching the most feasible
solution and evaluating the metrics of success.
Independently works closely with Fed Ex executives in
developing strategies to drive core transportation
revenue and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Business Administration
• 5 years Experience in Project Management, Business Planning, Procedures Analysis and Systems Design.
• Microsoft Word, Excel
  - Intermediate
• Microsoft Power Point
  - Advanced
• Writing queries & creating automated applications using SQL & other tools - preferred
• Demonstrated experience in reporting and analytics using SQL - preferred
• If not EXCEL certified, must successfully complete entire EXCEL program in (1) year from start date in position

In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver's license (e.g. Class 5,G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.

1) their current driver's abstract;
2) their performance during application interviews; and
3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered
