Role Description The Product Line Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Ontario, CA. This position is responsible for managing the performance of assigned product lines, including portfolio strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management to support revenue and margin goals. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends and customer demand, collaborating with sales and operations to forecast requirements, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure availability and competitiveness of products.

The Product Line Leader will develop and execute product roadmaps, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare business cases for new product opportunities. The role also involves cross-functional communication, supporting customer proposals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for product assortment and supply chain effi

ciencies.

Qualifications

• Strong product management and business analysis skills, including experience with product lifecycle management, pricing, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of aerospace or defense industry products and supply chain processes, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and comfort working with large datasets to inform decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, operations, suppliers, and leadership across a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, APICS/SCM) are a plus.
• Prior experience in product management, category management, or program management within aerospace, defense, or an industrial distribution environment is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Ontario, CA and engaging directly with team members and partners to support operational and strategic objectives.
