• Expected to see around 15–20 patients per day.
• Perform procedures using the DaVinci Robot (upgrades may occur).
• Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 (negotiable) and relocation allowance of $5,000 (negotiable).
• Employment can be W2 or 1099.

Current California medical license. Graduate from an accredited Urology Residency program. Evidence of continuing education and self‑development to support license requirements.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $200–250 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
