We’re proud to be shaping some of the most complex and transformative infrastructure projects in North  partnership with Metrolinx, ACCIONA is playing a key role in the design and construction of the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE), a 9.2-kilometre westward addition to Toronto’s Line 5 light rail transit network. This major infrastructure project includes seven new stations and installation of rail and systems under a progressive design-build model.

Beyond its technical scope, the ECWE project represents a significant investment in sustainable urban mobility, expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 5,800 tonnes annually and eliminate over 6.5 million vehicle trips each year when combined with the full Line

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and commercial management of subcontracts supporting linewide delivery activities for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE).Trillium Rail Partners (TRP) is delivering the Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package, encompassing the design, construction, integration, testing, and commissioning of key transit infrastructure. Working within a complex, progressive design-build environment, the Senior Subcontracts Administrator provides senior-level subcontract administration support across multiple linewide work streams and interfaces, ensuring subcontracts are administered in accordance with contractual requirements, project procedures, commercial objectives, and applicable governance requirements.

The role works closely with procurement, commercial, construction, project controls, design, quality, and legal teams, as well as subcontractors and suppliers, to manage subcontract administration throughout the project lifecycle. This includes supporting subcontract formation, change management, correspondence, payment administration, claims management, close-out, and maintaining accurate commercial records.
