Job description :
We are looking for a Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team in Ontario, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making for a dynamic, fast-growing organization at the forefront of real estate development and construction.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting , providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Perform variance and profitability analysis across diverse real estate and construction projects.
- Develop detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and new developments.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with accounting, project management, and operations to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial reporting.
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives , helping to shape the companys growth trajectory.
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
What You’ll Bring
- Education :
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ( MBA or CPA preferred ). - Experience : 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or real estate / construction finance.
- Technical Skills :
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP and reporting systems. - Knowledge :
Strong understanding of real estate development, project costing, and financial performance metrics. - Soft Skills :
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
