The Corporate Manager of Travel Operations is responsible for the execution and day‑to‑day management of the organization’s travel program. This role ensures smooth operations, policy compliance, and employee support across multiple states and sites. The Manager supervises travel coordinators, resolves escalated issues, and ensures consistent, efficient traveler experience, while also implementing the organization’s strategic initiatives at the operational level.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent operational experience.

• Five (5) — seven (7) years of hands‑on experience in corporate travel operations.
• Working knowledge and a strong understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Travel Management Company (TMC) processes, and expense platforms.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising staff in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

• Experience with enterprise‑wide use of Concur for employee travel arrangements and management.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $78,520.00 to $ on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
