* ** Per Visit:** $55 – $60 per completed visit (rate varies experience)

* ** Mileage Reimbursement:** $0.70 per mile

** Job Summary
** As a
** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)**, you will provide
** in-home physical therapy services
** under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
** Responsibilities
* ** Deliver
** hands-on physical therapy
** treatments to relieve pain, restore function, and improve mobility.
* Assist patients with
** therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training**.
* Apply physical agents such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and massage.
* Educate patients on the use of assistive devices (wheelchairs, braces, crutches, etc.).
* Document clinical notes accurately and timely.
* Communicate patient progress and changes to the supervising PT.
** Requirements**
* ** Valid California PTA License
*** Current
** CPR Certification**
* ** 1+ years of experience
** as a PTA (home health experience preferred)
* Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
