Location: Las Colinas Post Acute - Ontario, CA

Schedule: Full‑Time or Per Diem

Pay Range: $48-$55 per hour (based on FT/PRN)

Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Whether you prefer the flexibility of Per Diem work or the stability and benefits of a Full‑Time role, we offer opportunities that allow you to thrive.

As a Physical Therapist, you will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, utilize high‑quality therapy equipment, and play a meaningful role in improving the quality of life for every resident you serve.

Las Colinas Post Acute is a 196‑bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering exceptional short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care. Located in the heart of Ontario, CA, we offer a comfortable, welcoming environment designed to support both recovery and daily living.

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
